GrantsNow has a built-in workflow task manager for automation of processes and approvals. This can be configured to meet the business process needs and requirements of your institution. It has the flexibility to adapt the approval routing process to multiple groups & criteria.
GrantsNow provides Self-service configuration through an Admin dashboard, which enables you to set up data to suit your own institutions’ own terminology and needs, with minimal reliance on us as a supplier to set these up for you. This means there would be limited costs incurred for the University if it needed to adapt the system to accommodate new organisational structures.
GrantsNow comes standard set of prebuilt “out of the box” reports. These reports can be tailored by users themselves to select their own fields/drop downs that they require for any specific report. All reports can be configured and designed to meet what they user requires (eg. pagination, colours, logos, design etc).

The data from GrantsNow can be extracted in multiple ways for external reporting. It comes with built in API’s, CSV, Excel, PDF and Graphical formats for data exports.
Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of proposal submissions and award activities by PI, Department, College, Centre, Agency, etc. GrantsNow offers a variety of seeded reports as a part of the product, any custom reports can be built as a part of customer implementation.
All reports are available to be scheduled by the users on a schedule of their choosing. The user can select the report, the template they want the report in, and any filters they want to be applied on the data while fetching the real time data while scheduling to receive the report on their emails.
