Managing grants effectively involves robust post-award reporting to ensure compliance, transparency, and accountability for each project.

After the Proposal has been awarded by Funders, the Institution might need to adjust the estimated cost as per the award received. The budget can be easily adjusted in GrantsNow before sending it to your ERP Cloud . Once the details are verified, with a click of button all the data related to proposal for e.g., cost item, Cost, Award details etc will be sent directly from GrantsNow to ERP Cloud

Once an Award is sent to ERP Cloud, our recommendation is that it is managed by your ERP Project Management module, following the processes below:

This functionality includes deliverables tracking and notifications. This is for management of all performance obligations that come with an award, such as reminders on due dates for reports or periodic account balances.  

GrantsNow has been built to be pre-integrated with ERP Cloud, ensuring a continuous data exchange between the two systems for certain pre-defined objects. Reminders and reports can be built on the information available in the system as a part of this seeded integration.
